Program Terms & Policies
Enrollment & Commitment
- Minimum commitment: 6 months
- One-time enrollment fee: $49 (non-refundable, not added to bank)—waived during launch promo
- Autopay required via credit card or bank account on file
- Membership begins on enrollment date; billing recurs monthly on the same date
Glow Bank Credits
- 100% of monthly payment is deposited into member’s personal Glow Bank
- Credits may be redeemed toward any Solei Clinic service or retail skincare product
- Credits roll over month to month while membership remains active
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
- Credits cannot be redeemed for gift cards or cash refunds
Discounts & Perks
- Member discounts apply to all eligible services regardless of whether payment comes from banked credits or out-of-pocket
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, daily deals, or package pricing
- Guest passes provide one-time member pricing to a non-member; passes expire at end of quarter
- 2% loyalty points are earned on spending above the banked balance on services only
Upgrades, Downgrades & Cancellation
- Upgrades: effective immediately; member begins banking at the new tier rate
- Downgrades: take effect at next billing cycle after initial 6-month commitment is fulfilled
- Cancellation: after 6-month commitment, 30 days notice required ( text or email)
- Upon cancellation, remaining Glow Bank credits are available for redemption for 60 days
- Early cancellation (before 6-month term): requires repayment of discounts received + $99 early termination fee
Exclusions
- Glow Bank credits and discounts are for the enrolled member only (except guest passes)
- Injectable discounts apply to standard pricing only and may not apply to manufacturer promotions
- Loyalty points cannot be earned or redeemed on enrollment fees, certain wellness services, or GLP-1 visits if applicable
